Q: Is credit card, debit card and netbanking enabled for making payments?

A: Payment gateway is not integrated yet on the site. Hence payments cannot be made using credit/debit cards and netbanking.

 

Q: When should I make payment?

A: Upon order confirmation, the total amount will be communicated to you which will include shipping charges also. The payment is required to be made by you and realized at our end before the dispatch of order can be undertaken by us.

TAX RELATED

Q: Will I get a GST invoice?

A: No, a GST invoice will not be provided since the products listed on our site are not liable for GST at present. You will receive a simple invoice along with the products.

SHIPMENT RELATED

Q: What is the TAT for order dispatch?

A: 1 business day from the date of payment realization.

 

Q: How much time will my order take to get delivered?

A: The order will take 3-7 days to get delivered. However, in far-flung areas or areas with bad connectivity, the package may take 10-12 days to get delivered.

 

Q: Who are the courier partners?

A: We have tie-ups with all reputed courier companies.

ORDER CANCELLATION RELATED

Q: Can I cancel the order after making payment?

A: The order can be cancelled only till it is dispatched. Post order dispatch, the cancellation cannot be guaranteed and will be undertaken on best effort basis.

 

Q: What is the TAT for refund after order cancellation?

A: Once the order cancellation is successful, the money will be rolled back/returned within 3-4 business days.

RETURN & REPLACEMENT RELATED

Q: After receiving a product, can I replace it with another product?

A: Rungli Rungliot is committed to providing quality products to its customers. Hence exchange of products delivered is not undertaken by us.

 

Q: In case I receive a defective/ incorrect product or damaged package at delivery, how can I initiate the corrective action?

A: In case there are concerns on the quality of the product, incorrect product, or damaged package at delivery, pls contact us within 24 hours on +91 9958073344 or write to us on runglirungliot.in@gmail.com. We will be happy to assist you. Pls note that we are not responsible for any product damage after delivery.

 

Q: In case of product/ package damage in transit or delivery of incorrect product, will I get a refund?

A: Return requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Rungli Rungliot.

Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application is not eligible for return/refund.

Once your return request has been accepted, the refund process will be completed within 7-21 business days.

 

Q: Can the refund be made in cash?

A: No, no cash refunds are made.

PRODUCT HANDLING RELATED

Q: What is the shelf life of the products?

A: The shelf life of each product is specified in the product label. Since these are close to nature products with no strong synthetic preservation system, the shelf life is not too high. Moreover, the products require careful handling. Read the “Directions” specified in the label for extending the life of the products.

 

Q: How should the creams be stored?

A: Owing to the weak preservation system, the chances of fungus and mould building on the surface cannot be ruled out. Hence keep the products in refrigerator in hot and humid weather and avoid using wet fingers for creams.

 

Q: How should cold processed soaps be stored?

A: In humid weather, cold processed soaps get moist on the surface. To avoid them from getting moist, keep them in airtight packets.

During hot weather, beads of glycerin may surface on the soap. Its is good to keep the soaps that are not currently in use in a cool place.

Pls note that soaps that are moist from outside due to humidity of those that have glycerin beads on the surface, are perfectly fine for use.

 

Q: Will the cold processed soaps melt away if left in water for hours?

A: Yes, they will melt away if left in water for hours. These are natural soaps and have no strong synthetic binding agent. Hence after bath, it is a good practice to drain the water out of the soap dish and then leave the soap on it.
