ORDER PROCESS

How It Works

  • Click on the “Chat with us” widget for all product enquiries and also for placing the order with us offline. Shopping Cart feature is not enabled on the site at present.

  • On order confirmation, customer will be provided the total order value which will include the shipping cost also.

  • Payment can be made via payment options specified in the “Payment Options” section.

  • Order will be dispatched only when the payment is realized.

About Our Policy

  • Currently active prices are listed on the website; however these are subject to change without advance notice.

  • All prices on this website are in Indian Rupees.

  • Billing is done on prices that are in effect at the time of shipping.

  • At present, Rungli Rungliot products are not liable for GST.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

About Our Policy

  • We ship our products throughout India.

  • All orders are shipped out of our store in Noida by well-known courier companies.

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day and may take 3-7 days to get delivered at your destination. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, the delivery of products may take 10-12 days.

  • Order deliveries will be made between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Deliveries will not be possible on Sundays and public holidays.

  • Goods are required to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery then an alternate person - a family member, neighbour, etc can sign in your place. However, Rungli Rungliot takes no responsibility for products signed by any person other than you.

  • Rungli Rungliot is not responsible for damage of products after delivery.

  • For any complaints regarding your order please contact us on +91 9958073344 or runglirungliot.in@gmail.com for resolution within 24 hours of your order delivery.

  • Shipping and handling rates may vary based on products, packaging, size, volume, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges will be made known to the you before making payments.

  • For order value more than ₹1000/-, you are eligible for free shipping.

ORDER CANCELLATION

How It Works

  • Orders can be cancelled only till the time the goods are not dispatched.

  • Once cancelled, the money will be rolled back/returned within 3-4 business days.

  • No Cash refund will be made.

RETURN & REFUND

How It Works

  • Rungli Rungliot is committed to providing quality products to its customers. Since opened items cannot be resold to anyone else, hence no exchange or return of opened goods is accepted.

  • Rungli Rungliot is not responsible for any product damage after delivery.

  • In case there are concerns on the quality of the product, pls contact us within 24 hours on +91 9958073344 or write to us on runglirungliot.in@gmail.com. We will be happy to assist you.

  • Return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging.

  • Return requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Rungli Rungliot.

  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application is not eligible for return/refund.

  • Once your return request has been accepted, the refund process will be completed within 10-15 business days.

We deliver across India. Shipping is Free for orders above INR 1,000.
